A 1,000km solo kayak expedition from Aswan to Cairo, raising vital funds and awareness for the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation.
The Floating Heart Mission Base
In November 2026, Rob’s solo kayak expedition is supported by a dedicated Nile cruiser serving as our Floating Heart Mission Base.
This vessel is the operational heart of the campaign. It provides the essential safety infrastructure required to navigate 1,000 km to Cairo, while acting as a moving beacon to raise awareness and funds for the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation at every kilometer.
